Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am to 1.30pm (Total 37.5 hours)

4 weeks per year + bank holidays

• Service machines
• Train operators how to do minimum service
• Set up mould machines and write programmes for the machines
• Repair machines that break down
• Set up applicators and calibrate when required
• Record all work carried out onto the maintenance log
• Do any maintenance that is required at cable first that meets your skill level
• Attend production meeting with the production manager when required
• Complete tasks on time set by the management team on time
• Inform the production manager of any tasks that are running behind the set target
• Supervise job instruction/training when required
• Look into and improve production safety, quality and efficiency
• Record all faults in the maintenance log
• Keep an organised and tidy working area
• Help to build products when it is required
• Ensure you are working safely or anyone that is helping you

• Understanding of technical drawings
• Have experience in setting up mould machine tooling
