Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday Thursday 08 00 and Friday 08 30 (there is flexibility on start and finish times).

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Driving project delivery within the company s lifecycle framework and ensuring compliance with all processes
• Leading and motivating teams to achieve on-time, on-cost, and on-quality results for prototypes and production
• Defining project scope, objectives, and resource plans while managing budgets and timelines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritise objectives and resolve conflicts effectively
• Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track
• Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and ensuring satisfaction through transparent updates
• Preparing and reporting departmental KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with engineering, sales, operations, and quality teams to deliver final solutions to manufacturing
• Conducting occasional client and supplier visits to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment
• Performing any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager

As a Project Manager, your experience will include:

• Formal qualification in project management or proven experience in similar roles
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability and a methodical approach
• Computer literacy and experience with MRP systems (advantageous)
• Engineering degree or relevant technical background (preferred)
