A well established Poole law firm is seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor to join its busy Company Commercial Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their expertise across a broad range of commercial work while working closely with an experienced Partner.

• Assisting with business disputes
• Supporting on employment related issues
• Advising on commercial contracts and general business matters
• Working closely with the Partner on more complex matters
• Providing high quality client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Contributing to business development and departmental growth
• Representing the department with professionalism and approachability

• Experience in company commercial work (PQE level flexible)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• Excellent business development and client care abilities
• Flexibility and confidence working independently and within a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
