We are seeking a full-time Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team in Poole. This is an on-site role where you will take a lead in providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment law. Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR strategies, reviewing HR policies, and offering guidance on labor laws and employment practices.
Additionally, you will support the development of HR programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Strong experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in HR Policies and Employee Relations management
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Experience in managing HR in a dynamic, multi-sector environment is desirable
