Overview
Job title: Bartender, Hotel Du Vin
Rate of pay: £12.30 per hour •
Hours: 20 hours per week
Contract Type: Part Time
Location: Hotel du Vin Poole

Responsibilities- Provide bar service to guests, ensuring high standards of banter, knowledge and entertainment.
- Offer a welcoming experience and contribute to the overall F&B experience.
- Represent the Hotel Du Vin brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Knowledge of bar operations and ability to differentiate drinks (e.g., pinot vs. chardonnay).
- Ability to shake a martini and deliver quality service in a fast-paced environment.
