Hours: 35 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days including evenings and weekends. Shift times range from 6:30 am to midnight.
Salary: £12.21 per hour

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team at RNLI College as Waiting & Bar Staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality setting, providing exceptional service to guests and contributing to a welcoming environment.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with Aramark standards
• Support hospitality functions, including bar and barista service
• Prepare service areas and maintain cleanliness throughout
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
• Correctly store food items and equipment after service
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable, but not essential – full training will be provided
• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Eligibility to work in the UK and residency of over 3 years (security clearance required)
• Reliable transport is essential due to limited public transport options
