Supported Living Manager

As the Service Manager you will have day to day responsibility for the management of staff to ensure the delivery of person-centred support services for adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health conditions and associated complex care needs in their own home. Our Supported Living portfolio is currently "Good" in all areas with CQC.

• Experienced as a Service Manager within Supported Living
• Must hold a NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care
• Must be able to register with CQC
• Multi-Site Experience
• Support with the growth of the portfolio
• Able to manage dispersed teams
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
• Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
• Maintain accurate and clear records
• Financial and/or budgetary experience
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
• Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice

• Salary - up to £45,000 per annum
• Bonus Scheme - Earn 21% of your salary
