Role: Night Care & Support Assistant

Location: Marjorie House, Poole, BH14 8LT

Pay: £13.05 - £13.30 per hour

Hours: Full Time, Part Time & Bank

Shift Pattern: 19:45 - 08:00 (including alternate weekends)

Be part of a care team dedicated to delivering high-quality, person‑centred care for residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide personal care and mobility support as needed.
• Encourage residents to stay independent and active.
• Build genuine, respectful relationships with residents and their families.
• Support with daily activities and help create a positive, team‑focused home environment.
• Contribute to activities tailored to individual residents’ likes, hobbies and interests.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No visa sponsorship available.
