As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead a team of Care Assistants who provide high‑quality, personal care to our residents. You will also inspire, develop, and nurture the team to be their best every day. We’ll train you on all aspects of our new digital care platform, which transforms how we work and allows you to focus on clinical excellence and care for our residents.

• Day‑to‑day responsibility for running a unit
• Issuing medication, reviewing care plans and maintaining accurate record keeping
• Leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for all shift handovers
• Training and supervising new staff to ensure they feel welcomed and supported
• Building relationships with residents, their families and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
• Assisting residents with a range of personal care duties

• Completed or working towards an NVQ3 in care (or equivalent). We support completion if needed.
• Motivated, positive, with strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a close‑knit team.
• Experience in this role, understanding its rewards and challenges, and a passion for making a real difference to people’s lives.
