Mechanical Design Engineer

Location:

Poole, Dorset
Salary: 38,000 – 45,000 – Depending on experience

• Producing production and assembly drawings with the use of Solidworks of jigs, frames and full bespoke machines.
• Collaborating with the design team on new projects and designs.
• Producing 2D technical drawings.
• Producing Bills of Materials.
• Updating and maintaining the product data management software.

• 3+ years of experience within a Design Engineering role.
• HNC or above in a Mechanical / Design related field.
• Experience with in a special purpose machinery or automation related field.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in the use of Solidworks or similar.
• Full UK Driving License.

• Salary 38,000 – 45,000 – depending on experience.
• Working hours:
  
  Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:15, Friday 08:30 – 13:00.
• 33 days holiday, including bank holidays.
