• Design & Development:
  Lead electrical design of products to meet customer, legislative, and internal standards.
• Ensure designs meet quality (accuracy), schedule (on time), and cost (within budget) targets.
• Maintain high professional standards across all design activities and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
• Support other departments with technical input for new business opportunities, including required documentation.
• Act as Design Project Leader (DPL) for assigned projects, responsible for the technical delivery and coordination of project teams.
• Contribute to departmental planning, budget management, and staff development.
• Suggest improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, or cost-effectiveness.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Electrical design.
• Proficient with Electrical CAD tools, MRP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with design verification, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards professional registration is desirable.
