Controls Engineer

Due to retirement we are looking for a Controls Engineer who’s ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact in a busy manufacturing company based in Poole. • Update and modernise control, automation and electrical systems including PLCs, HMI, SCADA and Instrumentation.
• Updating maintenance systems to provide feedback on tasks to ensure maintenance systems are kept up to date.
• Providing automation, control and electrical support for engineering functions.
• Identifying improvements and efficiency on machinery and being involved in project work.

• Electrical or Systems Engineering qualification.
• Experience with in a manufacturing environment, particularly Food or packaging.
• PLC programming language:
  Siemens, Rockwell, Allen Bradley.

• Salary: £47,000 – £50,000 per annum.
• Working Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm, on call 1 in 4.
