Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Project Manager / Project Engineer / Operations Manager required to join a leading global engineering manufacturer based in Dorset.

The Project Manager / Project Engineer / Operations Manager will lead and manage projects for bespoke electromechanical / automated components and machinery for projects within engineering, automotive, packaging machinery, and more.

The Project Manager / Project Engineer / Operations Manager will have a proven track record managing projects in an engineering, manufacturing environment.

Package:

• £45,000 - £52,000

• Lead and manage projects for bespoke electromechanical / automated components and machinery for projects within engineering, automotive, packaging machinery, and more.
• Ensure project bottlenecks are identified and liaise with engineering teams to deliver results in a timely fashion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, generating new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee project P&L, budget, and cash flow, ensuring financial targets and forecasts are met.
• Work from the office in Dorset.

• Proven track record managing projects in an engineering, manufacturing environment.
• Experience as project manager, project engineer, lead project engineer, operations manager or similar within an engineering / manufacturing environment.
• The ability to be customer facing when required and communicate efficiently.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills, with the ability to hold people accountable.
• A technical Engineering qualification would be advantageous. PRINCE2 would be advantageous also.
• Must be commutable to Dorset OR willing to relocate for the role
