What we are looking for

We're looking for tutors with patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to individual learning styles. Experience with EHCPs or a background in SEN is a plus — but heart and dedication matter most.

Responsibilities
  • Provide tutoring support to students with SEN, 1:1 or in small groups
  • Adapt teaching approaches to individual learning styles and needs
  • Contribute to building confidence, motivation, and measurable progress
Qualifications and Other Details
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability to diverse learning needs
  • Experience with EHCPs or SEN background is a plus
  • All applicants require appropriate qualifications and training for this role

  • All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay
