We're looking for tutors with patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to individual learning styles. Experience with EHCPs or a background in SEN is a plus — but heart and dedication matter most.
Responsibilities- Provide tutoring support to students with SEN, 1:1 or in small groups
- Adapt teaching approaches to individual learning styles and needs
- Contribute to building confidence, motivation, and measurable progress
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability to diverse learning needs
- Experience with EHCPs or SEN background is a plus
- All applicants require appropriate qualifications and training for this role
