About the roleWe are seeking an Administrator to join our AUB Academy, a dynamic hub of innovation and opportunity, passionately committed to transforming arts education and expanding access to inspiring creative learning for both domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities- First point of contact for prospective students, parents, and visiting tutors, providing excellent customer service across all programmes.
- Managing course bookings, database data entry, processing payments, and monitoring enrolments to ensure smooth operation of short courses, bespoke programmes, and summer course offers.
- Supporting tutor recruitment, course material orders and preparation, room bookings, and resource management.
- Improving administrative procedures; liaising with internal AUB departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Campus Services), assisting with event organisation, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with university policies.
- Supporting the delivery of bespoke courses aimed at both domestic and international markets, promoting inclusive access to arts education.
- Delivering excellent levels of customer service with effective communication, organisational skills, and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Maintaining high levels of attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to inclusive access to arts education.
- Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills, written and verbal communication, prioritising workloads to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences and a passion for creative arts education.
- Moving course materials and supplies within the AUB Academy Media Store on a regular basis.
- Working primarily morning shifts; other arrangements can be discussed with the Academy Manager.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in database data entry and payment processing.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and inclusive access.
- Passion for creative arts education and a proactive, agile working style.
- Annual salary increase in line with the grade of the role.
