A product design consultancy in Poole is seeking an experienced Industrial Designer to lead multiple client projects from concept to production. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering physical products and strong capabilities in Solid Works.

This role offers an attractive salary range of £40,000–£45,000, performance bonuses, private healthcare, and a hybrid working model which includes time in the studio, fostering a collaborative environment.
