Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Poole for a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service. Responsibilities include coordinating aftersales services, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dealership experience. You will also communicate effectively with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and delivering customer‑focused services
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers and the team
- Experience with Aftersales coordination and support is highly desirable
- Ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
