Graduate Building Surveyor - Poole

I’m working with a well-established property consultancy that’s looking to bring in a Graduate Building Surveyor with some practical experience, ideally already with some experience.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn properly on the job, working day-to-day alongside two Senior Chartered Building Surveyors rather than being left to figure things out alone.

The role is mainly commercial building surveying, with strong exposure to dilapidations and RCA work, alongside a wider mix of instructions. There’s also a large new‑build project starting shortly, so it’s a good time to join and get involved in varied work.

The team works full time from the office, which suits someone who wants hands‑on training, regular support and a collaborative, open‑plan environment. CAD is used regularly; any experience is helpful, but training is available.

This would suit a graduate who ideally already has some industry exposure and is now looking for:

• broader commercial experience
• closer support from senior surveyors
• a clear route to progression and chartership
• a long‑term role rather than a short stepping stone
