Service Coordinator | Poole | £12.71 to £14 per hour DOE | Temporary role

You’ll be the central point ensuring repairs and planned maintenance are organised efficiently, with clear communication at every stage. As a Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks efficiently
Ensuring jobs are actioned within agreed time frames, including engineer scheduling and supplier liaison
Preparing and sending quotations with accurate labour and margin details
Processing customer purchase orders in line with internal procedures
Keeping customers updated with clear job statuses and weekly reports
Ensuring paperwork, certification and system notes are completed accurately and on time
As a Service Coordinator, your experience will include:

Excellent administrative skills
Excellent organisational skills, with a methodical and structured approach
Being a great communicator with a confident telephone manner
Strong IT skills, including updating systems accurately
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when reviewing data
The ability to work calmly while managing multiple tasks at different stages
