- About the Role:

SEARCH is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Shuttering Carpenter to join a dynamic civil operations team. This is a temporary position where you will be responsible for high-quality shuttering and formwork carpentry within a civil engineering environment. The role requires a strong focus on safety, precision, and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Construct, erect, and dismantle timber and metal shuttering systems for concrete structures.

· Interpret technical drawings and specifications.

· Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

· Work collaboratively within a team to meet project deadlines.

· Adhere to site safety regulations and best practices at all times.

Essential Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter or Joiner within civil engineering.

· Valid EUSR NG Person (National Grid) card for Substations.

· Manual Handling training.

· Confined Space Training (Medium Risk).

· Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

· Own tools and PPE.

Desirable

Skills:

· Previous experience on energy or infrastructure projects.

· Additional relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, CPCS).
