• Drive consistent performance in fleet and van sales, both new and used.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Oversee the end-to-end fleet management process, ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and aftersales support.
• Collaborate with manufacturer partners to align with brand and operational goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador and role model, leading by example in customer interactions and sales activities.
