Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour
; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25
. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but we also support 12‑hour shifts for those who prefer fewer hours.

• Help serve shoppers better every day by providing excellent customer service.
• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training safely and effectively to deliver a brilliant customer experience.
• Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines that meet their needs on time.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance, reduce waste and shrink and drive profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure customers receive them in the best condition.
