Registered Nurse

Night Shifts - £20.40 per hour. As a Staff Nurse (Nights) in our client’s modern, purpose‑built nursing home, you’ll play an important role in delivering outstanding care and ensuring the wellbeing of older adults.

Permanent Setting:
Nursing and dementia care home.

Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN). Experience in a care home, residential, nursing, or similar clinical setting. Strong clinical judgement and a calm, compassionate approach.

• Deliver safe, person‑centred nursing care to residential and palliative care residents.
• Manage and administer medications in line with best practice.
• Monitor residents’ health, responding quickly to changes in condition.
• Work closely with care staff, GPs, and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards.
