Workshop Controller

Griffin Mill is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our busy Basecamp dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward‑thinking team on a 4‑day week rota from Monday to Thursday, helping manage our service department's daily operations.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop
• Allocate work to technicians and monitor progress
• Ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
• Support health and safety and quality control standards

• Previous experience in a workshop controller or senior technician role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and time management

• A 4‑day working week (Monday–Thursday)
