You must be adaptable, flexible, with excellent communication skills and able to work as part of a team. A valid UK driving licence is essential.
The Role- Provide support to empower people to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting individuality and enabling appropriate choices in line with support plans.
- Promote health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of supported people inclusively.
- Facilitate social, educational or work activities such as visiting family, supported employment, walks, shopping and other recreational activities of choice.
- General housekeeping duties including shopping, domestic duties and personal care elements.
- Complete a range of records and documents.

About The ServiceTowyn Way - South East Wales, consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor to support specific individuals to remain living here. The house is suitable to support people of all needs, and the people we support are invited to be included in decisions for the home, such as furniture, decoration, personalising their own rooms.
