A recruitment agency is seeking a Civils Operative / Traffic Marshal for a project at a National Grid 400kV substation in Cilfynydd, Wales. The successful candidate will control vehicle and plant movements on-site and support civil works teams. Essential qualifications include a valid Traffic Marshal certification and NG Person status. This full-time role offers a competitive rate of £23 per hour and consistent weekly hours, beginning February 16, 2026, until August 28, 2026.
