Responsibilities
- Is committed to improving pupils' literacy skills and supporting learners to make strong progress.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Mountain Ash Comprehensive School as a Literacy Support Assistant (Level
3). We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and values-driven individual who is passionate about supporting young people to develop their literacy and reading skills.
Working under the guidance of the Director of Learning (English) and the Whole School Literacy Lead, the successful candidate will support pupils through targeted literacy interventions and classroom support, helping learners build confidence, independence and a love of reading.
