Additionally, you should be able to move around the school and work across different year groups as needed.

As an outstanding teaching assistant, we expect you to:

Have experience working within Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5, and
6)

Be confident and knowledgeable with the curriculum

Be able to mark work and provide constructive feedback

Be a team player and work closely with other staff members

Be passionate about supporting students with additional needs (including SNRB students)
