Service Advisor

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive multi‑franchised Car Dealership, who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Pontypridd area.

• Starting salary up to £28,570per annum.
• Uncapped targeted monthly bonus of £650, with some employees overachieving this amount.
• Various bonus schemes, such as an accelerating % of upsell, service plan sales at £15 each, a CSI name drop worth £5 each, and a quarterly CSI bonus.
• Overtime is paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half.
• 22days annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays, which will increase to 25 days after 3 years of service.

• Monday to Friday only! Business opening hours are 7:00am to 6:00pm, with shifts to be completed between these times.

• A working experience within a Service Advisor role.
• The ability to upsell on service work and service plans.
• Customer Focused and an excellent communicator.
• Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software.

• Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle.
• Produce Job Cards on in‑house computer systems.
• Update Customers and Vehicle Records.
• Prepare and complete Invoices.
• Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed.
• Other Ad‑Hoc Duties as the role requires.

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,750 with OTE of circa £36,550.
