Customer

Experience Administrator

14.50 hours per week (Thursday & Friday), Contract until 31st July 2026.

Pro Rata pay: £9,929.35 (full‑time equivalent £25,505.30).

About You
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent including passes in Maths and English.
  • Ability to engage both workforce and customers.
  • Professional phone manner.
  • Excellent record‑keeping skills.
  • Resilient and able to deal with conflict and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Ensuring tenants are contacted prior to appointments.
  • Rebooking appointments if tenants need to reschedule.
  • Updating the database with all correspondence.
