Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting vulnerable families to maintain stable accommodation
• Managing a caseload of around 18 clients
• Working across the Vulnerable Families and Housing Support contract
• Delivering practical and compassionate support
• Undertaking needs assessments and risk assessments
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a well rounded support network
• Taking proactive steps to prevent tenancy breakdown
• Encouraging families to build and maintain community support networks
• Liaising with external agencies including healthcare professionals, police and social services To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience supporting vulnerable individuals within a housing or support setting. You will be compassionate, organised and confident building positive relationships while working effectively as part of a wider team.
