Site Manager - Major Framework & Flagship Build Projects (South Wales)
We're excited to be recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a major framework project, delivering vital upgrades to a secure facility near Pontypool, before moving onto a high-profile new build project in the Bridgend area later in the new year.
Working closely with the Number 1 Project Manager on site, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of these important schemes from the ground up.

The Role- Take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered on programme, within budget and to exacting quality standards
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and suppliers, keeping momentum high and resolving challenges efficiently
- Support the Project Manager with planning, reporting and stakeholder liaison
- Lead by example, championing health, safety and compliance across all site activities
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within main contracting
- Experience working in secure environments or on MOJ projects (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving ability
