Are you an HR professional who genuinely loves people, learning, and making a difference?

We're partnering with a values-led, purpose-driven organisation that's passionate about creating positive impact for colleagues and communities. They're looking for a People Advisor who brings solid HR foundations, a proactive mindset, and a real desire to grow their HR career.

This role is all about fit and values. You'll be joining a small, supportive People team where collaboration, curiosity, and care for people truly matter.

The role - what you'll be doing

This is a broad, generalist HR role with a mix of:

  • Employee relations support (low-volume casework, high-quality guidance)
  • Recruitment and onboarding support
  • HR administration and process improvement
  • Supporting managers with people-related queries and best practice
  • Contributing to projects and continuous improvement across the People function
About you - what they're looking for

This role would suit someone who is passionate about HR and excited to develop their skills within a purpose-driven organisation.

You’ll ideally have:
  • Experience in ER casework AND recruitment (even if not high volume)
  • CIPD Level 3 (Level 5 or above is a bonus)
  • A proactive, organised, and curious approach
  • Strong people skills and confidence supporting managers and colleagues
  • A genuine interest in learning, developing, and building a long-term HR career
Most importantly:

You’ll be values-led, people-centred, and motivated by working for an organisation that puts purpose, fairness, and community at the heart of what they do.

What's on offer

This is a genuinely supportive and progressive employer with benefits designed around wellbeing and development, including:

  • Hybrid working (2 days office / 3 days remote)
  • 9-day fortnight trial - every other Friday off
  • Progressive annual leave (starting at 26 days including bank holidays, rising with service)
  • Health cash plan and employee discount scheme
  • CIPD study support post-probation
  • A warm, collaborative People team and a culture that encourages growth
Why this role?

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to step into a true HR generalist role, learn from an experienced team, and build a meaningful career in a purpose-driven, people-focused environment.

If this sounds like you (or someone you know), contact Stevie at Moxie People for a confidential chat.
