As a Social Worker / AMHP
, you will play a vital role in assessment, care planning, and statutory mental health interventions, supporting adults across hospital and community settings while working closely with partner agencies.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
• Undertake AMHP duties in line with relevant legislation and best practice.
• Work collaboratively with health professionals, partner agencies, and community services.
• Manage and respond to risk, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of service users.
• Support individuals in both hospital and community environments to promote recovery and social inclusion.
• Contribute positively to team objectives and maintain a collaborative, professional approach.

• Registered Social Worker.
• Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification.
• Extensive experience within adult mental health social care.
