• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for Early Years pupils
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Support children's social, emotional and academic development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and families
• Contribute to the positive, community-focused ethos of the school

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A strong understanding of Early Years practice and child development
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to teaching young children
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to fostering strong relationships with families and the wider community

• A supportive and friendly team of consultants who are experts in their field
