An opportunity has arisen for a Social Care Practitioner to join the IAA Team on a full-time basis.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who is looking for the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will be keen to work in a way which focuses on 'what matters' to the individual and is able to form and develop relationships with individuals and carers to ensure that they are supported to achieve outcomes that matter to them.
