The Role We’re working with a well-established, independent veterinary practice just outside Cardiff, rooted in its local South Wales community for over a decade. This is a role where compassion, quality care, and teamwork genuinely come first.

You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team of Vets, RVNs, and receptionists who create a real family feel — supportive, approachable, and proud of the difference they make every day.

• Salary: £38,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
• Full or part-time hours available
• 20-minute consultations
• Balanced mix of consults and surgery
• Flexible, fair rota
• Weekends limited to Saturday mornings only
• No OOH or on-call
• Support for personal and professional development

• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon
• RCVS registered with a minimum of 2 years’ UK experience
• Team-focused, compassionate, and client-centred
• Keen to grow clinically and make a real impact
