Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, is currently recruiting for a MAC Engineer to join our clients manufacturing company in Port Talbot.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy design and production team, ensuring high-quality artwork and packaging designs are produced to the highest standards.

• Prepare, check, and process artwork for print and production.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure artwork meets brand guidelines, technical specifications, and print requirements.
• Liaise with production and technical teams to ensure artwork is compatible with print and manufacturing processes.
• Check proofs and final layouts before production.
• Support continuous improvement of artwork and print processes.

• Previous experience as a MAC Operator, Artworker, or Pre-Press Technician within print, packaging or manufacturing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite / Art Pro / PAX.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of print production, colour management and reprographics process.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
