Core Responsibilities
  • Lead important internal functions, including employee training, food safety, and inventory management.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, report results, and support the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards across:
    • Kitchen – supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items.
    • People – hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
    • Service – deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring all staff are trained and key service areas are organized.
  • Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
  • Strong customer service and support focus.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Decision‑making and problem‑solving ability in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
