Customer Service​/Parts Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Parts Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing warranty claims and fulfilling all parts requests including picking, packing, and shipping parts necessary for repairs. You will work directly with customers, our internal teams, and shipping to make sure parts are handled accurately and sent out on time.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and requests.
• Verify warranty eligibility and take necessary actions to fulfill requests.
• Receive and process customer requests for replacement parts such as foam, fabric, legs, and other components.
• Package and ship repair parts daily.

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in computer usage, including data entry and navigating various software applications.

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged periods of standing and working in a warehouse environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
