We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory activities. This role ensures efficient workflows, compliance with SOPs and safety standards, and achievement of operational performance targets while supervising and developing the warehouse team.

Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch).

Allocate tasks and monitor staff performance to meet productivity and accuracy targets.

Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with Inventory, Administration, and Transport teams to ensure accurate and timely movement of goods.

Monitor space utilization, storage layout, and warehouse cleanliness (5R standards).

• Investigate operational issues such as delays, stock discrepancies, and damages, and implement corrective actions.

Support stock take and cycle count activities in coordination with the inventory team.

Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff to drive continuous improvement.

• Prepare daily operational reports and elevate any abnormalities to the Warehouse Manager or Operations Head.

Bachelors Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and safety standards.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
