What You'll Do

As the Assistant General Manager
, you'll be the right hand to our General Manager - helping run the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑paced retail cannabis store. From managing team performance to making sure our customers leave smiling, your leadership will help us continue setting the standard for retail cannabis in Michigan.

• Lead and motivate an awesome team of bud tenders and support staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure your team does too.
• Help track and optimize store performance through daily sales metrics.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory management, and compliance processes.
• Be a go‑to person for scheduling, training, and team development.
• Bring fresh energy and clear direction to a high‑functioning retail environment.
• Keep things running smoothly with support from our Inventory, HR, and Compliance teams.

You're a natural leader
, team player, and problem‑solver. You're organized, confident, and thrive in a busy retail environment. You know how to keep things fun, professional, and on track.

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience (bonus points for cannabis retail).
• 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and team‑building skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems
  , Google Suite
  , and (ideally)
  METRC
  , Flow Hub
  , or Dutchie
  .
• A passion for cannabis and a willingness to learn more about the plant and the industry.

• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Comfortable being on your feet, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working weekends/evenings.
