** Requirements
* ** Current board certification in one of the following disciplines:  + PA-C (Physician Assistant-Certified)  + AGACNP (Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner)  + ACNPC or ACNPC-AG (Acute Care Nurse Practitioner)
* Minimum of 1–2 years of post-graduate experience in an inpatient neurology or hospital-based setting (stroke or neurological disorders experience preferred)
* BLS and ACLS certification required
* State of Michigan License
* Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skill
** Duties & Responsibilities
** A typical day may include:
* Perform neurological assessments, obtain patient histories, and conduct physical examinations
* Manage patients with acute neurological conditions in collaboration with the Neurohospitalist team
* Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests such as imaging and laboratory studies
