We are seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Assistant to support our drone delivery operations through ground support activities, basic operational tasks, and community engagement. • Support daily drone operations by handling and organizing equipment, including batteries and related components
• Monitor airspace in the area of operations and report any potential hazards or obstacles
• Assist with basic warehouse tasks including inventory management and package preparation
• Execute standard operating procedures while maintaining safety and compliance standards
• Engage positively with community members and address basic inquiries about our operations
• Document and report operational activities using standard templates and tools
• Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers by car, ensuring on-time arrival, accurate handling, and providing excellent service while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety standards

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of basic mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow detailed procedures
• Driver's license
• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics or equivalent
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, or drone operations
• Knowledge of aviation terminology and regulations

• Role may require travel up to 25% of the time
• Role may require working any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Role may require carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, standing/walking for shifts up to 12 hours, and frequent pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching; work may be outside in various weather conditions

• Export Control:
  This position may require a deemed export control license; placement is contingent on applying for and obtaining an export control license
• DOT drug and alcohol testing may apply for safety-sensitive functions as defined by the FAA

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
