Who We Are
The OpportunityAdditionally, the Program Coordinator will:
- Maintains comprehensive contract databases of FAR/DFARS clauses and Terms and Conditions, including records of responses and negotiations.
- Performs periodic federal website reviews to update FAR/DFARS clauses and corresponding deviations.
- Reviews clauses and provides timely responses that comply with company policies and procedures, program requirements, and applicable U.S. Government procurement regulations and laws.
- Performs detailed comparison of new and negotiated contract/subcontract terms and conditions.
- Ensures timely turnaround of documents and provides status reports to contracts manager.
- Interfaces with internal teams to facilitate information and resolves issues promptly and tactfully.
- Assists in the development and implementation of efficient contract administration processes and leveraging technology to enhance productivity.
- Assists with completion and submittal of Representations and Certifications across programs.
- Assists with internal and external audits as needed.
- Supports contract closeout actions across programs as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with major in business administration, contracts, procurement or project management.
- Work involves practical job knowledge and skills gained through 1-3 years of prior work experience in such areas as business administration, contracts, procurement or project management.
- Program, project or US Government contract management experience highly desired.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS a plus.
- Excellent writing, presentation and verbal communication techniques are necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- U. S. Citizenship is required.
- Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
