This full-time position requires a 40-hour workweek yet offers the potential for overtime. So take it all in, because in this role, there’s a big potential for growth.

• Supporting loan processing and underwriting
• Interacting with clients
• Collaborating with your team
• Hitting daily production goals
• Reviewing information for completeness and accuracy
• Handling inbound and outbound calls from 3rd parties and clients

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knows how to use typical office tools like Microsoft Office, Excel and/or Google Docs
• Microsoft programs or similar computer software
• Comfortable in a quick-moving environment
• Excellent focus in an open workspace
• Great attention to detail
• Self-motivated and a desire to learn and grow
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• No previous mortgage experience necessary
• No college degree needed
