Required Procedures: Hematology and oncology outpatient services
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Oncology RNs, Medical Assistants, Social Worker, Dietitian, Nurse Navigator
Days Per Month: TBD
On-Call/Weekends: Clinic call only
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and Hematology Required
Active Michigan medical license Required
BLS/ACLS Required
Must be local (no flights) Required
Availability provided at time of name clear Required
Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days) Required
