Who We AreThe Division of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital, University of Michigan, is expanding its regional faculty team. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neonatologist to join our affiliated NICU at Trinity Health Oakland Hospital (THO) in Pontiac, Michigan. This full-time clinical faculty role offers the opportunity to practice community-based neonatology within a collaborative academic framework. Faculty at THO benefit from a University of Michigan appointment, engaging in quality improvement initiatives, protocol development, and educational activities alongside Michigan Medicine colleagues.
Required Qualifications *About the NICU at Trinity Health Oakland
- 29-bed Level III NICU with approximately 320 admissions annually
- 2,000 deliveries per year
- Weekday in-hospital rounding by two neonatologists
- Night coverage by in-house NNPs; neonatologists take home call one week in three, with in-person attendance for deliveries
