Heat Treating Services, a family-owned company that has been established since 1978, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in Pontiac, MI.

• At least 5 years of experience in an HR role
• Experience with Workers' Compensation and Injury Recording
• Must have direct face-to-dace experience dealing with conflict resolution and Employee Relations
• Experience interviewing candidates
