F&I Manager

Position

Finance & Insurance Manager – Driscoll Motor Co, INC – Pontiac, IL

• Weekdays: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm with one weekday off to be determined upon acceptance of position.
• Saturdays: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm with one Saturday off monthly based on seniority.

• Primary responsibility is in the role of Finance & Insurance (F&I).
• Complete credit applications with sales customers on the purchase of new and pre-owned vehicles after a customer has agreed to purchase.
• Submit deals using Route One for approval.
• Print the correct documents needed for the lender or prepare the e-sign documents.
• Present and sell vehicle service contracts, Simoniz Glass Coat, various GAP contracts, and other available products.
• Complete all documentation with the customer.
• Ensure deals are funded within a timely manner.

• Assist sales staff with customer follow-up or "desking" deals when the sales manager is off.

• Experience in F&I is preferred but not required.
• No college degree is required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of CVR, IL TRP, and State Taxes.
• Proficiency with the Reynolds and Reynolds (ERA Ignite) DRM system.
• Proficiency with customer CRM systems, including Vin Solutions.

• Pay plan is based on commission, to be determined based on experience.
• A weekly draw is available, to be determined based on experience.
• Expected annual income based on performance: $80,000 – $150,000.
